Welcome to Ascend Education's CySA+ Training course. This course is designed to cover CompTIA's Cybersecurity Analyst CS0-003 exam objectives and prepare students to enter the workforce with essential cybersecurity skills. This guide is suitable for both classroom and self-study aspirants.
Those students studying in a traditional or online classroom setting should reference their course plan or syllabus before beginning. Students who opt to study on their own should consider drafting a study plan, although following the Ascend course curriculum module by module will properly cover all material.
This course includes nine modules. Each module contains written instruction, video instruction, and virtual training labs. Labs are designed to give a “hands on” learning experience. Additionally, practice quizzes are integrated into each Module. Students should take each quiz to test what they have learned. After students have completed the course, they should spend time reviewing the material and practicing in the virtual lab environment in order to solidify what they have learned. After an appropriate review of course material, students should take a practice exam (included with this course), and then consider sitting for the CompTIA CySA+ Certification exam.
